Keep track of your available FWBEAUTY store credit and use it towards your next online order. Your credit is linked to your customer account, so there is no discount code to remember.
Use the same email address that received your store credit notification.
How to view your balance
- Sign in to your FWBEAUTY customer account using the button above.
- Look for the store credit balance in your account header.
- Tap or click the balance to open your store credit details and transaction history.
Your credit details are shown in a panel within your account. If you cannot see a balance, check that you have signed in with the email address to which the credit was issued. Contact us if you believe credit is missing.
How to use credit at checkout
- Add your chosen products to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Sign in with the email address associated with your credit, or use Shop Pay with that account.
- In the Payment section, select Apply store credit.
- Pay any remaining amount using an available payment method.
No code is needed. Store credit is applied as a payment method, not entered in the discount code box. Credit must be available in the same currency as your checkout. Any unused balance remains on your account, subject to its expiry date.
Our purchase reward pilot
Earn store credit towards your next FWBEAUTY purchase when you place a qualifying paid order. Reward credit is issued automatically to the customer account associated with your order, and we will email you when it is ready.
£3 credit for every complete £80 of eligible spend in a single order.
- Eligible spend: the amount paid for products after discounts, including product tax. Delivery charges, gift card purchases and free downloads do not count.
- Existing credit: the portion paid using store credit does not earn new reward credit.
- Per-order calculation: £80 of eligible spend earns £3; £160 earns £6. Amounts below the next £80 threshold do not carry over to another order.
- Expiry: purchase reward credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued, not the order date. Check your credit notification for the exact expiry date.
Expiry, discounts and returns
Use your purchase reward credit before its expiry date. Other types of store credit, such as a refund credit, may have different expiry terms; refer to the notification sent when that credit is issued.
Discounts reduce the product spend used to calculate a purchase reward. Store credit pays towards the remaining checkout amount. Any offer restrictions still apply.
Returns are handled under our returns policy. If an order paid partly or fully with store credit is refunded to its original payment methods, the store credit portion is returned as store credit rather than cash. Contact us if you have a question about a reward linked to a returned order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
