Skin Cycling with FWBEAUTY: A Weekly Schedule for Maximum Results

Skin Cycling with FWBEAUTY: A Weekly Schedule for Maximum Results

Skin cycling has taken over the beauty world—and for good reason. This technique involves rotating active ingredients and recovery nights to boost skin results while preventing irritation.

At FWBEAUTY, we’ve adapted this approach using gentle, natural actives so even the most sensitive skin can reap the benefits. Here’s your easy-to-follow plan for skin cycling with our award-winning essentials.

📅 What is Skin Cycling?

Skin cycling is a 4-night skincare rotation designed to:

  • Maximise active ingredient performance (like exfoliants or brighteners)

  • Allow barrier recovery between treatments

  • Reduce sensitivity, redness, and overuse of actives

Think of it as giving your skin a gym/rest balance—minus the soreness.
