That is why we were honoured to donate our Clarify and Balance Facial Oil to Young Women’s Trust, an incredible UK charity championing young women aged 18–30 who are experiencing low pay, financial inequality, workplace discrimination, and barriers to opportunity.

Their work goes far beyond awareness. Young Women’s Trust provides free coaching, career support, CV feedback, workshops, research initiatives, and community support designed to help young women build confidence, increase income opportunities, and move towards a fairer future.

As a women-founded brand, this partnership felt deeply aligned with our values.

We know that confidence can be shaped by many things: opportunity, support systems, financial stability, mental wellbeing, and even the small rituals that help someone reconnect with themselves during difficult periods of life. Skincare will never solve inequality, but care, dignity, and community matter. Sometimes the smallest acts of support can help remind someone that they are worthy of care too.

Our Clarify and Balance Facial Oil was selected for this donation because of its calming, barrier-supportive formulation, created to help comfort stressed and unbalanced skin. The formula combines Camellia Oleifera, White Willow Bark, Tea Tree, and Vitamin E to help support clearer, calmer-looking skin while maintaining skin comfort.
