We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product.

Please note that if you purchased your products using Klarna pay, you may return them but you will not be able to exchange them.

    Your Right to Cancel

    As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    • You may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order
    • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
    • Items must be returned in fully resellable condition

    Once received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


    Opened or Used Products

    Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on items that have been opened or used.

    This includes:

    • Products that have been tested or partially used
    • Items without original seals or packaging

    Please note:
    Individual sensitivities, preferences, or reactions to natural ingredients (including scent) do not constitute a product fault.


    Store Credit & Exchanges

    For items that have been opened or used, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion.

    • This is assessed on a case-by-case basis
    • Returned items must still be sent back for inspection
    • The level of usage may affect eligibility

    Store credit will be issued via e-gift card.


    Return Process

    All returns must be authorised before being sent.

    To request a return:

    • Email info@fwbeauty.com with subject line: Return Enquiry
    • Include your order number and reason for return
    • Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending your item

    Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

    Shipping & Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

    Inspection & Approval

    All returned items are subject to inspection.

    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or adjust store credit based on product condition
    • Items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the customer

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

    Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.


    Klarna Payments

    Our returns policy remains the same for Klarna orders.

    • Klarna payment schedules are managed directly with Klarna
    • FWBEAUTY cannot amend or pause Klarna invoices

    We strongly recommend patch testing before full use.
