Clear Skin Facial Toning Mist

Our Clear Skin Facial Toning Mist contains Alcohol Free Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera, along with crucial acne busting essential oils Tree Tea Oil, Frankincense and Green Tea Oil. These natural yet potent botanicals work together to help gently remove surface impurities to reveal a fresh, rejuvenated & clearer complexion. Toners are most helpful and necessary for people with oily or acne-prone skin, or for people who want extra cleansing after wearing makeup or other heavy skin products.

Witch hazel toner to remove excess oil (which may help prevent future breakouts) without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. Fights Acne. Thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory properties, some research suggests that witch hazel could be useful in the treatment of acne. Aloe Vera has antibacterial properties that can help control and reduce acne-causing bacteria. Two other ingredients that have been studied and found to have this same effect are cinnamon and honey. By combining all three for an at-home spa treatment, you'll be upping your chances at smooth skin that's acne-free

Aloe vera is one of the oldest mentioned plants on record due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. Ancient Chinese and Egyptians used aloe vera to treat burns, wounds, and reduce fever. Cleopatra used aloe in her daily skin treatments. Many people produced witch hazel extract by boiling the stems of the shrub and producing a decoction, which was used to treat swellings, inflammations, and tumors. Early Puritan settlers in New England adopted this remedy from the natives.

How to use:

ALWAYS DO A PATCH TEST beforehand to check for sensitivity. Spray on to a cotton pad and wipe across the face. To ensure there is no contamination, we advise for you to use separate cotton pad for each side of the face.  Use this daily after cleansing.

If you have sensitive skin, Always be your own advocate and test a new skincare product for a reaction before changing your routine.

Aqua, Aloe Barbadenis, Hamamelis, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Boswellia, Cucumis Sativa, Phenoxyethanol

As this is a natural, handmade product, the colour, scent and texture may vary from batch to batch.

Patch test recommendation:

Don't risk an allergic reaction by slathering a new product all over your face or body. Instead, do a simple patch test. Remember that the skin on your face is usually more sensitive than the skin on the rest of your body.

STEP 1 Start with a patch test on an invisible portion of your leg or arm, such as behind your knee or inside your elbow. If that application produces no reaction within 24 hours, it's time to assess how the product will perform on your face.

STEP 2 (trial on the face) Pick a small area of your face and apply the product. If there is no reaction, the product may be safe for you to use. Use the product once and wait 24-48 hours to assess how it goes before introducing it into your daily routine.

It's tempting to use every item at once. People with sensitive skin can't take this risk. Introduce one new product at a time, waiting about a week before moving on to the next step. Watch carefully for weals, redness, itching, burning, peeling, or other signs.

If your skin is very sensitive, consider eliminating all of your old products too and adding them back gradually. The reason is simple: a product that works well on its own or within a brand's coordinated line may interact adversely with another product

CAUTION: Please always do a trial test to check for sensitivity before starting a routine. As all individuals have different skin types, some products may cause irritation as we do not dilute our ingredients and thus are potent. By purchasing this product you agree to have read the terms and conditions of sale and our return policy which can be found under policy tab.
