WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we have been informed by DPD that they have capped their collection amount from all companies between now and January and so on certain days, even if your order is ready for dispatch by us, it may be not be collected by DPD for delivery until a few days later. We would like to stress that this is beyond our control and we are not getting any concession from DPD as a result of their capped services. 
(Update - 29/11/2020; Processing dispatch times are currently 4-5 working days and 1-2 working days for delivery)

I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER, CAN I ADD IT ONCE I PLACED IT?
Unfortunately we are not able to change the order once placed. Due to the high volume of orders coming through, we are unable to go through each paper trail to take the order out to amend. this causes a major delay in processing other orders. 
CAN I ADD A BLOGGER CODE ON TOP OF THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
No. as the products have already been discounted, no other discounts can be applied.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Due to the second round of lock down, this has implicated few stops on international orders. Once you go to checkout, if your country is one of the places our shipping company is unable to dispatch to, it will not process.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once the order has been places and processed, we are not able to change the address. Please take care when placing an order as this can cause delay in getting your products. Please email info@fwbeauty.com ASAP. if the package is still in the office we may be able to manually change it. 
WHAT IS SUITABLE FOR MY SKIN?
Please email admin@fwbeauty.com and they will be able to recommend products for your skin type. (During our busy periods it may take 2-3 working days for responses). Also, check out our Instagram page where we post frequently asked questions and recommendations. 
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Please have a look on the packaging for month icon. This indicates how many months the product has. The shelf life starts as soon as the product has been opened. Oil based products last 12 months, water base products 6 months and bars 6 months in general.
WHEN DOES YOUR SALE FINISH?
Our black Friday sale end on Midnight Sunday.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IS I GET A REACTION?
We always advice customers to do a trial test before starting a routine as everyone sensitivity is at different levels. Please read our return policy. By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with medication or medical conditions.
By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, and oils, may still cause sensitivity. We encourage everyone to perform a patch test on the skin for possible reactions before full use. Natural ingredients tend to be more potent than refined and synthetic ingredients and by purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, and oils, may still cause sensitivity in some individuals and that FWBEAUTY will not be held responsible for such occurrences.  We also do not accept responsibility for incorrect use of information or products.
MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT?
FW products go through a quality check when leaving the office. If it has been damaged in transit, please email info@fwbeauty.com along with your order number, pictures of the damage, invoice and all the packaging (eg; dpd plastic bag, FW black envelope) We will require all of this before putting in a claim with DPDP. without this we will not be able to do much. 
I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG ITEM?
If this has happened we apologist. We can rectify this. Please email info@fwbeauty.com along with your order number, a FULL picture of the invoice paper and informing us which item was given and which item was missed. We can arrange DPD to deliver the correct item and pick up the incorrect item. IT IS IMPORTANT for you to pack the incorrect item back in the black FW padded envelope. properly sealed and padded. As soon as dpd come with the correct package, it will have your return label inside the new package. please take it out and place it on the return envelope. DPD ONLY HAVE 2 MINUTES TO HANG AROUND SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE READY FOR THE DELIVERY MAN. if this is missed, you will be required to send the item back to us at your cost. 
 
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PREGNANCY
Yes however please always consult your GP as every pregnancy is different and FW are not held responsible.
